At RSDA Technologies, quality is a process-level commitment, not just a final checkpoint. Our quality management system is embedded into every production stage — from raw material receipt to finished goods dispatch.
We maintain full production traceability, systematic documentation, and a culture of continuous improvement to ensure that every component leaving our facility meets or exceeds client specifications.
All incoming materials undergo chemical composition verification, thickness measurement, and surface quality checks before production begins.
Dimensional inspection at each fabrication stage — laser cutting, bending, welding — using gauges, CMM, and visual inspection protocols.
Weld integrity is verified through visual inspection, dye penetrant testing (DPT), and periodic destructive testing to ensure structural soundness.
Powder coating thickness is measured using digital gauges. Adhesion, corrosion resistance, and colour accuracy are verified on every batch.
Finished assemblies are checked against CAD drawings on CMM. All critical dimensions are documented with full traceability.
Where applicable, assemblies undergo functional testing, fit checks, and torque verification before being signed off for dispatch.
RSDA Technologies maintains a strong Environment, Health & Safety culture. Our EHS program is built around zero-accident targets, regulatory compliance, and continuous safety improvement.
All workers are required to wear appropriate PPE — helmets, gloves, safety shoes, and goggles — at all times on the production floor.
Fire extinguishers are installed throughout the facility. Regular fire drills and emergency evacuation procedures are conducted quarterly.
Welding stations and powder coating booths are equipped with industrial exhaust systems to minimize worker exposure to harmful fumes and particles.
Metal scrap, paint waste, and chemical effluents are handled and disposed of as per statutory environmental guidelines.
On-site first aid stations with trained first-aiders. Regular health checkups for workers in high-exposure areas.
New employee induction includes mandatory safety training. Refresher sessions are conducted regularly for all production staff.
We're happy to share our quality documentation and certifications.
