Production Facility
Our 50,000+ sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Sector-26 GIDA, Gorakhpur is purpose-built for high-volume precision fabrication. The factory is organized into dedicated zones for laser cutting, bending, welding, powder coating, assembly, and quality inspection.
The entire facility is designed for lean manufacturing flow — raw material enters from one end, and finished, packed assemblies exit from the other. This streamlined layout minimizes handling time, reduces WIP, and enables fast cycle times.

Our facility operates three shifts with a workforce of 150+ skilled personnel. Automated scheduling, production monitoring, and real-time WIP tracking enable us to fulfill large OEM orders consistently and on-schedule.
